1-Day FREE EVENT, June 4th - Registration Ends Soon, So Don't Wait!

“Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand!” – Galatians 5:1 (MSG)
IF YOU'RE A PARENT OF A BLACK SON, YOU KNOW THIS FEELING
He was once open with you — now every conversation ends in a wall or an argument
He's gifted — but reacts emotionally before he thinks, and you don't know how to reach him
You've tried everything — but nothing breaks through the distance between you
You fear that without change, the streets, the system, or the silence will win
You're not alone. Most parents don't lose their sons all at once — they lose them inch by inch, conversation
by conversation. The problem isn't that you don't care enough. It's not knowing how the process of
reconnection actually works.

LaFayette Trawick is a Research Scientist, community activist, and passionate advocate for Black youth who has spent over two decades mentoring young men and championing fatherhood in North Carolina and beyond. He has dedicated his life to opening dialogue with young men, shaping fatherhood policy at the local and national level, and advocating for the recently incarcerated to be trained and reintegrated into their communities.
A connector of fathers, families, and futures, LaFayette brings a boots-on-the-ground perspective to the work of reaching Black sons before the streets, the system, or silence does. His mentoring work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief — that every boy has a king inside of him waiting to be called out.
Donald Green is a defense contractor and business owner who knows firsthand how the demands of a busy life can quietly turn a good relationship into a transactional one. His bond with his son Christopher was never broken — but it had become shaped more by schedules than intentional presence. The Village Path changed that.
Donald joins this summit to share the message every well-meaning, hardworking father needs to hear: being present in the house is not the same as being present in your son's life — and redemption is just as important as prevention. It is never too late to close the gap.
Dr. MyRon Edmonds is an author, speaker, and the founder of The Winning Circle — a community dedicated to helping men experience emotional healing and whole-life success. His work sits at the intersection of emotional health, identity, and relationships, equipping men with the tools to show up fully for the people who need them most — including their sons. A trusted voice in the space of male wholeness and family restoration, Dr. Edmonds has walked alongside countless men who were present in the home but emotionally unavailable — and helped them close the gap. He brings to this summit a message that every parent in the room needs to hear: you cannot reach your son from a place of emotional emptiness, but you can learn to lead him from a place of healing.
Christopher Green is 17 years old, a rising 12th grader, and living proof that the right environment at the right moment can redirect a young man's entire trajectory. After a critical turning point in his sophomore year, Christopher entered the Village Path program — and those who witnessed what happened next described it as a night-and-day transformation.
Today Christopher creates and edits content for his church's social media ministry and is a passionate advocate for responsibility and Christian decorum in public online spaces. He joins this summit not as someone who had it all figured out — but as a young man who found his way back, and wants other sons to know they can too.
Randall A. Saunders is a youth advocate, community builder, and the founder of The Village Path — a transformational mentoring and rites of passage program designed to reach, redirect, and restore young Black men.
Having navigated the complexities of growing up without consistent male leadership himself, Randall turned his personal story into a mission to ensure other young men don't have to find their way alone.
Through The Village Path, Randall has created structured pathways for young men who are struggling — gifted but troubled, present but disconnected — and guided them toward purpose, accountability, and identity.
His work has drawn the attention of judges, educators, and community leaders who have witnessed firsthand the night-and-day transformation that happens when a young man is surrounded by the right village.

For too long, men have been defined by what they do, not who they are.
This year, we’re breaking chains — of pressure, fear, addiction, and silence — and stepping into the life God designed for us.
At the Men’s Winning Circle Conference 2026, hundreds of men will gather in Atlanta for one purpose:
To get free from everything that keeps them from winning in what matters most.

This isn’t hype. It’s healing. This isn’t religion. It’s real life transformation.
